Join us on Thursday 12th March in Manchester as we break down barriers to the creative industry and give traditional ‘mentoring’ a fun twist with the creative advertising, packaging and branding agency, LOVE.
Their wonderful team have volunteered their evening to speak with emerging creatives to answer your burning questions, provide some snappy portfolio feedback or just have a general chit-chat.

So what’s the twist?
Ever been speed dating? No? Neither have we…but the format still works! All mentees at this event will get the chance to speak to three different members of the LOVE team, rotating every 10 minutes, with small breaks in between to regroup.
You can be emerging at any age, so there’s no age limit on this event. If you have less than two years of industry experience, you can get involved!
Spaces are limited, so don’t hang about. Applications will close on Thursday 19th February at 11pm GMT.

Sophie Seaton
Junior Creative

Sophie has been part of LOVE for the past 18 months, joining as a Junior Designer after completing her internship during her placement year at the University of Central Lancashire.
Sophie has contributed to a broad range of projects, from packaging to advertising, consistently supporting the team, developing her skills, and gaining valuable industry experience.
Ashley Powell
Junior Creative - Spatial

Ashley graduated in 2022 from Falmouth University and is now a Spatial Creative at LOVE, where he works with leading brands to design spaces that tell great stories and provide best-in-class experiences.
He builds on his prior experience in London working on projects spanning commercial, workplace and hospitality environments.
He loves the energy and culture that working in a creative agency brings. Ashley has experience as a visiting lecturer in supporting students and up-and-coming designers with projects and to help them find a role that champions their creativity.
Chris Myers
Senior Creative Director

Chris is the Senior Creative Director at LOVE. He has over 30 years of experience in the creative industry across a range of disciplines.
After studying Graphic Design at Somerset College, Chris began his career in London, where he lived for 14 years. He worked in editorial design, ran a small agency called Silent, and held in-house roles at Getty Images and Nokia. Following this, he enjoyed a successful freelance career with boutique agencies such as Rosie Lees and Household Design.
In 2008, Chris moved back up North to join LOVE. working with brands like Umbro, Nike, Jim Beam, and Guinness + many more. Chris is all about ideas and believes they are key to connecting brands with our audiences.
Eleanor Spickett
Creative

Eleanor has been part of LOVE for over three years, joining the studio after working at multiple London agencies and graduating from the University of Central Lancashire.
Her experience spans branding, packaging and art direction, alongside close collaboration with spatial teams to help bring to life tangible experiences for brands.
A standout career highlight includes working on the Back to Nature rebrand, packaging, campaign and pop-ups.
Eleanor has a strong eye for detail and a skill for creating cohesive brand experiences, with bold, new ideas always at the heart of her work.
Amy Dunwoody
Senior Account Manager

With a Fine Art degree and seven years in the creative industry, Amy has worked her way up from Office Manager to Senior Account Manager, with a brief stint in web development along the way.
She loves being around creativity but thrives on the organisational side (building relationships, managing projects from small local accounts to global brand launches, and keeping things positive!).
Whether you want to chat about account management, finding your feet in the industry, or just navigating agency life, she's happy to help.
Michael Rudak
Senior Creative

Michael has been a structural 3D designer at LOVE for three and a half years. His work focuses on the design of primary and secondary packaging, spanning a wide range of outputs from premium glass bottle design to intricate boxes, gift packs, 3D visualisation, and everything in between. He enjoys shaping products that feel considered and purposeful with a strong focus on storytelling through industrial design, continually exploring the boundaries of form, function, and material to create meaningful brand and unboxing experiences.
Sam Williams
Account Manager

Sam is an Account Manager at LOVE, having recently joined the team, bringing experience in brand strategy, campaigns and FMCG packaging.
Having graduated as an Advertising and Marketing student, he’s worked across some household brands like Warburtons and Pilgrims Choice, as well as online D2C brands in the Sports Nutrition industry.
Having started client-side before then moving agency-side, he has experience of what is involved in creating and evolving brands from both perspectives, with learnings to offer from both sides.

Eve Warren is a design director with a passion for creating bold, colourful, and characterful work that brings stories to life.
At LOVE, she helps lead creative for FMCG and luxury brands. With a focus on distinctive packaging and brand identity, she brings experience across start-ups and household names, helping shape commercially-minded brand worlds that feel meaningful and memorable.In her spare time, she runs the initiative FORWARD PLAY! that celebrates creativity through football.
