Join us on Thursday 2nd October in London as we break down barriers to the creative industry and give traditional ‘mentoring’ a fun twist with cross-disciplinary independent branding agency, Here.
Their wonderful team have volunteered their evening to speak with emerging creatives to answer your burning questions, provide some snappy portfolio feedback or just have a general chit-chat.

So what’s the twist?
Ever been speed dating? No? Neither have we…but the format still works! All mentees at this event will get the chance to speak to three different members of the Here team, rotating every 10 minutes, with small breaks in between to regroup.
You can be emerging at any age, so there’s no age limit on this event. If you have less than two years of industry experience, you can get involved!
Spaces are limited, so don’t hang about. Applications will close on Sunday 14th September 2025 at 11pm. Successful applicants will be contacted by Sunday 28th September.

Araxie Boyadjian
Partnerships & Marketing Lead

Araxie is a marketing and PR specialist with a background in brand strategy and entrepreneurship. She leads Marketing and Partnerships at Here Design, and previously co-founded LVNDR Health, a queer-inclusive health startup recognised by Forbes 30 Under 30 in 2024.
Her experience spans luxury PR, startup leadership, and global campaigns for lifestyle brands. She also lectures at University of the Arts London, mentoring creatives on building bold, mission-led ideas.
Hazel Oguz
Senior Designer

Hazel has worked at Here for nearly 8 years, starting off as an intern. She has always specialised in branding and packaging and led the Wray & Nephew brand & visual identity redesign, which was a career highlight. Hazel loves the motivation of solving a design-related challenge, as well as mentoring juniors.
Sinead Bardsley
Design Associate

Sinead recently joined Here as a Design Associate, bringing with her seven years of experience from creative agency Otherway, where she grew from mid-weight to Design Director. Her portfolio spans brand identities, campaigns and activations across digital and print, with work rooted in both strong strategic thinking and expressive creativity.
She’s passionate about designing for impact – from bold branding to beautifully crafted campaigns – and has worked across lifestyle, fashion, FMCG and luxury sectors. A thoughtful mentor and collaborator, Sinead champions inclusive teamwork and always brings energy, clarity and care to the creative process.
Hannah Lee
Design Lead

Hannah’s previous experience includes 2.5 years at Here Design and freelance work at Christie’s, Hauser & Wirth, Rankin, Dazed Media and InHouse Records specialising in brand identity, editorial, creative direction and exhibition design. She works across the arts, culture, fashion, non-profit and music industries globally.
Hannah’s design practice never exists in a vacuum, always considering the environmental and social impact of her work. With creativity, experimentation, and playfulness at the centre of her process, Hannah’s passion for editorial also gives her a meticulous eye for typography and confidence with colour, which can be seen throughout all of her carefully crafted work.
Mark Paton
Creative Partner & Founder

Mark co-founded Here, our creative East London studio that brings together designers, writers, and makers to create work that’s both beautiful and useful. After studying design at Somerset College of Art & Technology, Mark started his career at global branding agencies, working on big-name brands like Absolut and Havana Club. It was here he began to explore what makes a brand feel premium and how good design can shape how people experience it.
Since then, he’s led design projects for some of the world’s best-known names, including Glenfiddich, Bacardi and The Fife Arms, with several winning sought after industry awards. Mark is passionate about thoughtful, well-crafted design – and about sharing what he’s learned.

Emma is a designer at Here, bringing years of expertise in luxury packaging and hospitality branding. Her portfolio includes work on globally renowned brands like Glenfiddich, as well as shaping the hospitality experiences of La Fantaisie and The Audley.
Her work spans brand identity, packaging, and art direction, shaping meaningful brand experiences at every touchpoint. She also mentors emerging designers, sharing her knowledge and helping to grow the next generation of creative talent.

Stephany Pollard
Senior Artworker

Stephany is a Senior Artworker at Here, with over 10 years of experience across artworking and graphic design. Before joining the studio, she worked internationally – from creative studios in Los Angeles to freelance projects across London – bringing to life brand identities, editorial layouts, and packaging for clients like Soho House, Wild Fizz Kombucha, and The WW Club.
Her work combines creativity with precision, ensuring every final design is crafted to the highest standard, whether it’s for print, packaging, or brand visuals. She's passionate about sharing her knowledge and encouraging young creatives to explore both the technical and expressive sides of design.
